Mel pretends she cares but she really doesn’t, she listens to lying Karen’s and she picks and chooses who she wants to help. Kristen has a horrible attitude always looks at you funny , and ready to snap back with attitude. They are way too strict they fine you for every little thing . And they are quick to put a note on your door but won’t talk to you . Beautiful home but one of my worst experiences ever . I cried all the time . 🥲💔

The apartments have front doors equipped with a special link system key that opens your door when you put your key link up to it to get into it.... So, no... There are no private entrances.
Income restrictions, so yes it is based on your income. If you fit into there income structure, you are only allowed to make a certain amount to live there.
The income guidelines are based o your gross annual income and how many occupants will be in the unit. 1 occupant=39,000, 2 occupants=44,580, 3 occupants=50,160 and so on. You must also make 2.5 x the monthly rent as a minimum requirement. There are more details on the website.
There are a few different schools in this area. Most children attend second creek. Take. Look at the 27j schools website for more information.
