Terryble warranty, you have to take them to the place you bought it from, they list several authorized dealers you can take them to, wich are Grease Monkeys, but they won't even touch them. Even this place where I bought them from will try to avoid at all cost to not warrant them. They used to be great batteries i don't know what happen to them? Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Poor customer service. I was quoted a price $50 cheaper on the phone. When I drove across Denver to get the battery the price was different and they would not honor the quoted price

Call to simply get some info of my batteries warranty, the gal who answer the phone was not help at all she was not busy since I ask her and informed her that the store that I purchased my batteries was permanently closed, she just ignored me and I could feel she didn’t want to help, I was never rude BTW Do not recommend this store

The absolute worst place to buy a battery from. The corporate office and the employees only goal is to sell products. They are not there to honor any warranties or take ownership of thier faulty products. Not customer friendly and not willing to help those who do not look like them.
