Parking Structure 7

Parking was convenient for many of the places in this area and the prices were fair for the location. It may be a good idea to take a picture to remember where your car is as the structure is good size!

Parking structure 7 is a newer, clean parking garage. Unfortunately, there are insufficient pay stations and the signs indicating their locations are inaccurate. For example, the signs say there are pay stations on levels 3 & 5. There aren't. As you can see from the photos, there is a pay station on level 4. There is another on the ground floor near the 4th St exit. But because they aren't located where expected, I always spend way too much wandering around looking for the darn things. Other visitors must experience the same problem because, tonight, we got stuck at the exit behind cars that hadn't paid yet and had to wait for an attendant. Santa Monica, fix the signs or install more pay stations!

Overly crowded, extremely expensive. The only nice thing about it is the ocean. Too many musicians and street "artists" hustling for money.

This is great parking garage if you need to go to the 3rd Street Promenade or anything nearby. Parking is cheap and it is a quick process. The only concern that I had was it took a long time to find parking, so that wasn't fun.
