Lucky me I found Olympic Lofts when I was searching for a place in Santa Monica three years ago. Now I'm about to more to a bigger place and have nothing but praises for the manger Ram for being so professional and always ready to assist. All my requests as far as maintenance is concerned were responded to immediately. The whole community is always left in clean condition. Sad that Santa Monica is becoming like the rest of LA due to the homelessness. However, since Olympic Lofts is not located in downtown Santa Monica I felt confident and safer stepping out of my apartment. Overall, I will recommend Samo Apartments. Thank you for a wonderful living experience.

I have lived here for almost a year now, and my loft studio is so conducive! It has everything you need. The bathroom is very spacious in comparison to other studios. I love the stairs and having my room upstairs. The kitchen is also very spacious with plenty of cabinets. Most studios in the area don't have a dish washer, but I have one and love it! The natural light that comes in daily, is so delightful and reaches the upstairs as well. I have loved watching the sunset from my window. I have a dog and it's such great location for him, too. We are in the center of eveything: Pet stores, groomers, parks, markets, nature, restaurants, entertainment, church, spiritual centers, fwy, train, etc. Every morning, I take my dog to the beach and he loves it, and later in the day we explore the different parks around- all dog friendly. There is really nothing negative to say, but if I really had to, I would say that I wish some of the neighbors were a bit more mindful. For example: Two months ago, a man was sent to shampoo the carpet from the halls and he left them so clean. I was so happy, but unfortunately after a mere few days, the carpet already had new stains. Nevertheless, the mere fact that someone was sent to shampoo carpets, speaks volumes of the staff and owner(s) of the building. Speaking of the staff, everyone is so lovely and always on point with anything that you may need. The neighbors are lovely as well; most are respectful and friendly. This place has truly felt not only like home but also as a sacred sanctuary. I look forward to living here for as long as I am meant to, and already know that when it is time to relocate to my dream mansion, I will always look back to the memories created here and smile big. I highly recommend the Santa Monica Studio Lofts to anyone who wants to treat themselves to good living in Santa Monica.

It's been almost a year since I moved here. One of the best studio lofts one could ask for in Santa Monica. Consider moving here? I highly recommend talking to Esther. She is such a sweet, loving lady. Such a great help and pleasure to talk to every time. Management should give an annual award for 'The best employee of the year' to Esther. I have no complaints for this place except for the parking price and a raise to the rent. But, definitely will move back here once my budget allows.

I LOVE living so close to school, and I really don't have anything negative to say about these apartments. Santa Monica is a tough place to find an apartment for under $2000 in, but these are affordable and well kept.
