I adore Kate and the rest of the staff. It's been a really rough past few months for all of us with the coronavirus / riot situation. I'm thankful that it was easy to take care of lease renewal and that staff has continuously checked in with tenants to make sure we're safe and comfortable. Kate is a godsend to management - she's done so much to improve processes and create a safe environment for us. The property is always clean, well maintained and in a wonderful area.

Josh was amazing and very helpful. We saw him on July 7th towards the end of the showing and he still made time to see us and give us a thorough tour. He answered all of the questions we had and made sure we were satisfied at the end of the tour. Thanks Josh for the great service!

Terrible. They are incredibly disorganized. Haven't received my mail YET... There is an ant problem in a NEW building. The parking Garage smells like eggs/gas. Can't wait to move. Just Terrible.

That varies widely on the term of the lease, the floor level, and where it faces. Ours, on the second floor, was $3100 per month. But that same place could be as high as $4500 for a different lease term. Lower floors are less higher are more.
