Poor community/customer service. This location was designed to NOT serve the community. The hours are limited to prime working hours making it near impossible to pick up any packages. The entrance is hidden, with no posted signage of entry point making it NOT clearly accessible to the public.

Had to say I was very pleased & content with the service at this post office, the passport clerk Maria was kind enough to give me information about changing my address & doing my family passports. So now I don’t have to worry about not getting our passports on time for our trip to Greece. Thank u Maria for being for helpful & pleasant

Best service ever! Went there to get info about getting my passport because another USPS had turned me down saying I didn't had my required paperwork and needed to go to a special passport office. The Passport clerk here, Maria, was so helpful and reviewed my documents. When she noticed I had the documentes needed she offered to take me as a walk-in, instead of making me go to the special passport office as instructed by the other USPS passport clerk. Thanks to Maria I'm now waiting to receive my passport instead of waiting to get an appointment.

My family & I went to get our passports done & I was amazed how the passport clerk Maria was able to get our passport done & find my package. Very good on multitasking. I was also impressed the way every one meaning other employees & supervisors kept coming to her asking her questions & she was had a answer for every question . The post office needs more clerks like Maria Valencia, this post office is very lucky to her here. I definitely highly recommend her if u need a passport done or even to find your package. Nice job Maria

There's a narrow road on the other side of the building that you have to go through to access the customer entrance. Yes, it is very hidden and there's no sign.
Bryan the address is correct. I had a big box yesterday they say insufficient address but my ring shows no one even try to deliver it or look for the address I’ve talked to the manager several times
