I visited the Gift shop few days ago, the service was excellent. They have many things that travelers might need and great prices for Disney related souvenirs. If you need to buy Disney toys, it is a lot better to get them here instead of the Parks.

Every gift store basically has the same things but this one had a few extra things that were in the other stores.

I had some normal expectations going into this store, thinking that I was going to be able to get discount items and walk out there with a breeze. But the employees that work at that store genuinely don’t care enough to speedy up the process. Don’t get me wrong, the items there are pretty nice, but how can you have a dozen people working in the store with half of them standing and only one person ringing people up? I’m sure that the store would be a lot better if the employees genuinely cared about their job.

So mad this guy acted like my daughter stole her coloring box AFTER WATCHING ME PAY FOR IT so sad it really is this is the most embarising thing to watch him yank it from my kids hand having a couple defend her and me and he storms up to the counter and the guys like she paid for it that is un acceptible no excuse for this at all start treating people better and you think you have the right to hold the Disney name.
