The mailman who delivers packages from this location is the LAZIEST person ever!!! This is literally the 4th time they brought a package and don't even attempt to ring the buzzer or knock on the door! It is so frustrating when you're home all day waiting for a package only to walk outside to see a note attached to the mailbox. What an unnecessary inconvenience. Please learn how to deliver a package properly!

Got a letter from my grandma that contained a gift card. When I went to open it, it was already opened from the side. The gift card was gone. My mailbox is secure and only I have access to it, so no one else is responsible for this except the person who delivered it. Did they really think it was acceptable giving me a letter addressed to ME that was already opened from the side and that I wouldn’t notice? That is absolutely disgusting. I hope the mail carrier needed that gift card more than I did. I can’t believe this company would steal from an elderly woman and a woman who is 9 months pregnant. I just received this letter today when it was too late to speak to someone in person but you best believe I will be there as soon as they open tomorrow.

I come here often and Eric is always Extremely nice and very helpful. It’s very rare to find someone so happy working at the postal offices! He is great! He has wonderful work ethic thank you for your great customer service!
