I’m not one to write reviews, let alone a negative one, but unfortunately, my experience here was awful. The doctor is nice, but some of the staff makes it too obvious that they lack knowledge. I’ve been getting yearly eye exams with the SAME insurance for the past few years and I’ve never had to pay out of pocket for a 6 month supply of contacts. I was told I had the option to pay an additional $65 to be able to get my prescription or $105 for the prescription and a 6 month supply of contacts. I ended up paying the $105 and they still refused to give me my contacts prescription. They then tried to claim it was “mandatory” to try on the trial pair first when originally I was told I would get it once I pay the $65 copay? I don’t even think it’s legal for an office to detain someone’s prescription. They also will not measure your pupillary distance unless you buy frames from them.

Michael and Dr Yeung were professional and very thoughtful.. I needed new contacts and they were able to prescribe and fix my vision. Brianna was very professional as well.. If you need anything eye related make an appointment at TSO Humble..
