The team at CareNow! The lady at the front desk was kind and patient, not only with me but with every single patient that she helped. I am traveling soon and has to take a quick COVID test. The entire team were friendly, warm and welcoming. 100% recommend.

Came over here for a rapid test, filled everything out online. On my drive over got a text saying they were ready to see me now and then get here and they 1) can’t tell me whether or not its going to be an actual 15 min rapid test and then 2) for whatever reason you have to see a doctor to get the rapid test??? Where are they doing that at? It just seems like its a way to get money out of people since insurance is covering the tests and you don’t have to pay out of pocket for those. I would just go to a drive thru place and save yourself the time and money.

The staff at CareNow in Atascocita are always friendly and professional. They provide fast service to get you in and out within a reasonable time. I frequent this location on a weekly basis for COVID-19 testing and can attest to their awesome customer service. The entire staff are like an extended family. BTW Ricky Lee, it's Todd and not Ron. I appreciate you all at CareNow Atascocita. Keep up the good work and friendly smiles.

Scheduled an appointment online, filled out my paperwork, they called me when it was time to head up there. Minimal wait!! Nurses and PA were very pleasant. Quick friendly care!
