This apartment complex is owned by GEM Management LLC and it is a joke. This particular location cannot keep a Site Manager for longer than a year. The current Site Manager, Lindsey Brown, is very unprofessional and incompetent. She will lie her way out of anything so any potential applicants please stay FAR away from renting from this place. Do not settle for this place. There are so many better options for renting elsewhere.

I have lived here over 4 years and I love it because of our family community. Yes we have changed Property Managers but I have no complaints in that area. My children and I are thankful to have such a clean and spacious apartment to comfortably reside in and rest well. We all respect Ms. Sarah and in return she shows us respect.

I just moved out of Greylin ridge that Sarah Harris isn't professional, she's a big sneaky liar, she's been a problem all-around the table and also something or someone always moving out. Wouldn't prefer anyone to GREYLIN RIDGE APARTMENTS UNLESS YOU PLAN ON MOVING OUT NEXT WEEK OVER SOMETHING STUPID SHE DONE THOUGHT UP. SARAH HARRIS IS HORRIBLE PAIN IN MY SLEEP AND THAT REALLY IT

DO NOT LIVE HERE! Up until this last property manager, Sarah, this was such a nice place to live! But after her lack of compassion, and utter disrespect for the tenants, I would advise you to look elsewhere!!!!! I will be moving!
