Staff is nice and polite, bathrooms are small as heck. My room was renovated and everything was comfortable. The elevator was a bit shady and didn’t feel safe. The restaurant turns into a club at night and doesn’t attract the best crowd. Would only stay again if I had to but defitnetly recommend finding a different hotel

Liked this hotel can love it with a few updates. The room was great clean neat and looked fairly new. Beds were good slept well. My issues was the leak spot in the bathroom looked moldy. It's up high but such an eye sore. There was also a little mold in the shower that really no excuse for not getting mold cleaner on it right away. Loved the breakfast area and all the breakfast options. Loved they had an egg white veggie available. Staff at check-in was wonderful. Also staff greeting you in the morning was nice. The all day coffee, tea, and or cocoa was nice. Didn't know the restaurant turned into the nightlife club. It was different to see since it's off the main lobby. The music was bumping and the kids say. We didn't hear it for a while on the second floor but I felt for anyone on the first floor. We didn't get to use the pool area but it looked like a wonderful area to relax and take a dip. Also a few patio tables right outside you could have your breakfast outdoors if you wanted. Overall I'd return and recommend this location.

Matt Meany, General Manager and the entire staff were excellent - friendly, helpful and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and tidy as was the rest of the hotel. I booked our stay in advance for the Paul McCartney show at Truist Field - which was walking distance (a bonus!) - without a hitch. Considering the influx of guests, Mr. Meany - not a blue one : ) and the staff handled the situation with aplomb. Thank you all for a pleasant stay.

Zachary, the reception/reservation clerk was great. We were having a problem and he made a sincere effort to help us. Room clean and inviting, with nice amenities. The only downside we encountered was in the form of other guests who were loud past midnight.
