Front desk was very unhelpful with problems with my employee discount. There was no way for me to get in touch with my corporate managers because it was a Sunday so they where totally unable to work with me on getting in touch with them the next day. The younger clerk was nice and did her best to help but the older clerk was unhelpful, rude, distracted, and pretty much left me stranded without a hotel. This isnt how you should treat associates.

I had a conference and booked a stay at this location. Upon arrival for check-in, the rude Front Desk Supervisor - Tanya Resper cancelled my reservation. stating it was booked at a military rate and they needed Military ID. The difference in the room cost was 10%. When I asked for a Manager I got Asst. GM Phillip Samuda who was no better at resolving the issue. Instead I was cursed out, threatened and was told the police would be called. At that point I took matters into my own hands and called the police department myself, filed a police report and ensure they had a miserable day. If I could rate this location with no stars, I would. Employees needs training in customer service and conflict resolution/de-escalation.

I've had better from Marriott. The room was a basic hotel room but decorating was nice. The noise from the traffic on the street below was terrible! It was so loud I couldn't sleep the 2 nights I was here. You could hear it over and above the air conditioner! I was so glad to get home just so I could get some sleep! The front desk staff was not helpful at all, not compared to other Marriott hotels I stay at. The kiosk for drinks/food options for guests was minimal compared to other Marriott hotels. Alittle disappointed. The only bright spot was the breakfast in the morning. Great choices. Next time I will look into my options àlittle closer. Picture was the view from my window.

The property has quite strange parking arrangement. Even though there is parking charges, the parking is across the street is some different parking garage. The property is well located. The rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was reasonably sized. The price was a bit of higher side for the town. Overall, decent experience.
