If I can give them 0 starts I would. Please read before you book with them. My granddaughter was in movie so we all stayed there. Third day of filming we came back after 2 am . There wasn’t any available parking spot. I tried to contact them but no answer. I called lady who’s son was playing in this film and when she called from room they answered and told her that I have to park at public parking. I was alone/female with 8 years old girl in different state after 2am trying to find parking and after that since she was sleeping I couldn’t wake her up I had to walk on the street and carry my granddaughter on my back. Guy who was working at hotel that night was very rude as well as manager when I spoke with her next morning. Parking was problem even before than. It’s very hard to pass cars parked there because very tight space. I am 55 years old and I traveled a lot. This is worse experience in my life. I think this is safety issue me walking on the street with child after 2am in the morning. Horrible, horrible, horrible. They didn’t want to send me link for review. I found it online.

I forgot I’d stayed here before until I walked in the room and the smell hit me. Musty stuffy room. Hot. The A/C worked great on the half of the room where the pull out couch is. The room is long and narrow with a desk in center. The a/c is on one side and straight across is the thermostat. The bed is on the other end of the room. Set on 68, it was hot all night unless we wanted to go lay in the couch. Poorly thought out King suite. Fridge broken. The guy who checked us in charged us for our service animals and for parking after he sent us to park in a city building. Thankfully the staff we checked out with noticed it and took it off. Hard to park, small garage, bit of a hike to the city garage which was the only parking avail. Although, if your going to stay here, choose city garage, it’s $9 per night vs Hilton’s $19 per night. I won’t choose this hotel again. Over priced for the quality,

First room smelled like previous guests had been smoking marijuana. I called the desk and room was switched for us. Parking can be a bit challenging for bigger vehicles. Especially if guests who are already parked fail to park within designated, painted parking areas. Parking is $18/day. Overall, nice hotel. Nice staff. Didn’t try breakfast. Stayed 6-25/6-26. Would stay again. Construction going on, but nice area.

Clean rooms, good beds... Just ok breakfast. Edit: Charges everyone $18.00 a day for valet parking even though there is no valet due to construction... And I had no vehicle 😑 Had to talk to front desk and they said ... Check again tomorrow it might happen again? Just charge more per room, I would gladly pay a little more for better service and less hastle.
