Tried placing an order online using a T-Mobile coupon but it kept saying unable to process. I called the store to see what I should do but the general manager told me to come inside and place order but he couldn’t do the coupon inside. I said I needed to use the coupon and he got an attitude while raising his voice to me. I told him not to raise his voice to me and he hung up on me. I called back several times and was continuously hung up on. My daughter pulled through drive thru and the person at the window was very nice and was going to help, his name was Steve. But when the general manager realized she was my daughter he told her he cannot serve her because he got yelled at by me which is absolutely false he is the one that raised his voice and now he won’t serve my daughter my granddaughter Who is five years old and hungry because it’s been several hours since they’ve been able to eat. My daughter left her card at home so she only had a couple dollars available and whatever I could order online for her. But this guy was too intense I’m proving a point that he didn’t care about a five-year-old child. How pathetic

You'd be hard pressed to find a consistently better Little Caesars Pizza. Always Hot, Always Ready, Always Delicious. The Staff is fast and courteous. I've never had a bad experience even during Covid. It appears the Staff takes pride in their store and it comes thru in their work.

On Sat. 4/9/22, I went to this location to speak to the manager, Jason Brown concerning a pizza that wasn't completely cooked. Also wanted to talk to him about the way he handled this same situation by yelling EXTREMELY loud using profanity and threatening to physically remove my college kid out of the store because of her complaint. Instead of exercising his trained professionalism by talking with us about this bad experience, he called the police and had the officer, T.N. Jones tell us not to return to the property. Mind you guys that this manager NEVER made ANY contact with me whatsoever, yet he made a FALSE report to WS Police Dept.claiming I refused to leave. Even after the officer arrived, Manager Jason Brown STILL refused to discuss our complaint, but still kept the whole broke pizza AND no refund given to make things right. However, the money wasn't the disappointment of it all, it was the yelling in front of everyone and the false acquisition to law enforcement opposed to doing a job that he most likely face on a monthly basis. Furthermore, when trying to talk about this matter instead of escalating it to the cooperate office, he claimed the report was made AND closed AND we have been banned from this location (basically for not being g pleased with our order). He added that the case has been reported and closed when he's not able to view any complaints at store level. Not to mention that this matter was not serious enough to ban anyone from doing business at this establishment. It seems like Jason Brown needs to be banned from Little Caesars altogether for embarrassing the company and trying to file a FALSE report KNOWING he lying on customers who normally enjoy service and the quality of food at Little Caesars restaurants. I believe Jason Brown knew he was guilty of yelling at the young female African American College student and didn't care at all the a lot of his business comes from Winston Salem State students which includes African students. So, whenever any customer isn't happy with his/her order, a manager like himself yell at the customers and threaten to physically harm them because of a legitimate concern AND make a false statement to the police. After all, the police didn't write a report because after investigating , I'm sure he discovered J. Brown never spoke to me to ban me from his establishment, but didn't want to talk to us. I wouldn't advise ANY of the college students do business at ANY food industry Jason Brown works for because he is VERY unprofessional and cannot handle issues that may arise. He is a BAD representative for Little Caesars for, his verbal abuse to is customers can damage Little Caesars representation. Personality, I believe Jason Brown should be terminated as an example to the company. And ALL lead staff should be retrained in professionalism with the public.

I wish I took a picture of the pizza we ordered, but we ate it too quickly. I don't know who was working on March 24th around 9p.m., but you made the BEST hot and ready pepperoni pizza I think we ever had. The service was top notch as well. Keep making those fantastic pizzas Little Ceasar's team, and we will keep coming back to buy them!!!
