I usually don't complain and maybe I am just hungry. We ordered our pizza at 5:39 pm. Delivery time was supposed to be 45 minutes to an hour. We are at 2 hours and no pizza. So, we called to ask about it. The lady that answered the phone told us just to give it some time. Really? I realize it is not her fault and probably not the drivers fault but you pay for the pizza on line along with the tip and then you just wait. What happened to people who at least apologize for your wait. Just the order was 40. Not counting the tip. No apology, no anything. Do people just not care about customer service anymore?

The delivery took over an hour, and I am ten minutes away from the store. I called to check on the order and the young lady answers the phone gave me an extremely difficult time and was very disrespectful. The delivery driver was so nice and helpful. Unfortunately the pizza was cold and the slices were barely cut. I had to cut the entire pizza to make slices. Very dissatisfied. This is starting to be the norm for this store.

The (New) New York Pizza is the nastiest tasting pizza! Do not waste your money buying it. I changed my rating from 2 stars to 1 star. Their pizza taste is different each and every time. Also the ingredients are very minimal and not placed as if it comes from a pizza giant. This pizza giant is going in the wrong way!

This location has went downhill lately. Super greasy 🍕 pizza, undercooked wings, and customer service that really lacks. It really depends on the day but stick to delivery and avoid the store. I do like their specialty pizzas and toppings but this one can be not worth it. They do have ♿ handicap accessible parking.
