Delivery has never been fast at this location, but today I placed an order that gave an estimated ready time of around 30 minutes. After an hour and a half I just called and canceled since I figured the food was cold by then. Wouldn't recommend unless doing carryout.

I came in the papa Johns last month , and placed a order for a few pizzas. I literally waited 2 hour after calling in and coming to pick up which wasn’t a big deal seeing they were short staffed. It was two middle age guys, a older lady working at the time. I had two separate orders and Unfortunately one of my pizzas was incorrect. I went back to the store and spoke to a manager, who told me he would write my name and information down and when I came back in I could get a replacement pizza, and apologized because of the lack of staff, incorrect pizza, and etc. I called today to try to redeem my pizza , and the said manager on duty said he had no idea and that my number wasn’t popping up. And he didn’t offer me any of help. If I knew that was the case I would have gotten a refund at said time instead of trying to Compromise. There needs to be a better system in place as far as handling customer complaints and issues.
