Positive: the temperature of the theater was pleasant and not freezing. Negative: there were about 10 employees behind the counter, but less than half were actually working. They were out of large popcorn containers and the golden (probably toxic but delicious) topping was being rationed. It would have been better customer service to be told that up front. Instead, I was charged for the large bucket and given the paper refill bag with two tiny portion cups of said golden topping. It was not enough. To “top” it off, it made me sick. I won’t return any time soon. Sad, as I used to be a regular customer.

Reclining chairs are super comfy. Place is WAY cleaner than some of the other theaters nearby. You want to go here or to AMC in Grapevine to hit up the arcade before or after a show.

Love this place and really glad to see it functional as it was pre COVID days. Top Gun Maverick was the best movie to date. Not even sure other movies can top this one. No one else could portray the role Tom Cruise played. Superb movie at a superb theatre. Doesn't get any better. 👍👍👍👍👍

Excellent customer service, particularly by the manager on duty. Snacks were good quality and generous portion. Supply chain issues impacted popcorn container availability so only the smallest and largest size were offered. Viewing auditorium was optimal for sound and picture. Seating fabric was very worn and should be replaced.
