No pool access for the 3 years I’ve lived here. Tennis court in shambles. Expect rudeness from office personnel when addressing issues (which you will have) issues including but not limited to: -Frequent water shutoffs -Ignored maintenance requests -Leaking ceilings aka water damage -Poor communication -Boiling or freezing bath water -Being charged for a trash “valet service” which does not pick up your trash. -AC issues We moved here from California. They sold us on a “newly renovated” apartment with NO carpet (which I heavily requested) and when we moved in we were greeted by a fully carpeted apartment that hasn’t seen updating since the building was built. The red flags are as endless as the administrations’ neglect.

Please understand this review is specific towards the individual associated with the property and parties accessible to this individual will benefit from this review. Additionally, I believe in giving credit where credit is due. Francisco in maintenance is outstanding. He resolved several issues that I wasn't able to resolve on my own. He knows these apartments in Arlington if ya get my drift to the parties. <-(dis right here) So shout to Francisco because YouTube didn't get me through this one. Kidding aside, thank you so much for dealing with all of the additional issues in order to make our time here better Francisco. You've made our nights brighter...literally! Ha! Francisco!

No one have the right to treat a human being poorly, and or tenements with an attitude of I don't care, get lost, go somewhere else as you were anything but the fly on the wall using space. I have helped people, who share their poor living circumstances, and yes, they did convince me to stay put in the place I have been living for the last 16 months. Haven't been easy being without family and Suffering from a disease that does not have a cure but moving into a I DON'T CARE APARTMENT COMPLEX. The stress will kill me in no time. 🙏🏻

Agent Adriene I trust her my family move, I was in a rush and she only waited until the last day to inform the decision of the management, even when I forward her several times the information and trying to call her. Now I have to pay extra charges for it. Poor advising and slow response Never ever put your family’s move to this property Update: they only refund the security deposit, the administration fee was not reimbursed even though the process didn't went trough.
