Yes they are they also like to keep charfing fees without notice i recieved a non renewal to lease was given no reason why then i try to get apt they tell them i didn't give a notice to move non renewal duh now they are charging me an extra 100.00 for eviction fee when i wasnt evicted
I completely agree. I have been on this property almost 2 years and it just gets worse with time. Vandalism of people's private property, the gates are always open, they tow cars for little to no reason, loud music, trash everywhere, dogs barking non stop, and management can care less. I find Alex to be very combative when approached about the living conditions and his only answer's are "I can't control how people live, or the children". That is understandable but for the things he can control I personally do not see much being done. Oh, I forgot to mention the disrespectful trash truck that slams that thing down at 7am as if he is not in a community of people. I'm just over this property and can not wait to move!
I've recently experienced this "I don't care attitude" - It makes me feel like they don't care much about their residents, and they are only there to collect a check. If you want to run a community, you cannot have that type of attitude.
They DONT CARE once you have one issue they'll make sure to never help you for anything. the only thing that might get done is maintenance when you file a report online.
