First they tell me I can get my admission fee back Before I applied & now they say he doesn’t work there . Like they are unprofessional im completely fine with not getting approved it’s apart of the process but when people try to belittle you like you don’t know what you read it’s sad . Money wasted here And they do not give you back your admissions fee even when the application clearly states before you pay that your application fee is nun refundable but your admissions fee is !

** I was not asked nor bribed to write this review** if you’re looking for an apartment this is a good one! I currently live here even though my lease is up soon I will be moving to be closer to my daughters school or else I would stay. The office is very attentive of course sometimes doesn’t answer the phone as with all apartments sometimes they are busy but I’ll call back in a few minutes and they answer. Maintenance has always been on point for me never had to wait really but the only issue I had was kind of emergent so 🤷‍♀️ and he made sure the issue was 100% fixed before leaving and it was definitely getting late and not to mention freezing outside. It’s a quiet neighborhood not too much going on I always see the men outside maintaining the grounds making sure trash is picked up and in the dumpster. I’ve never felt unsafe everyone is super friendly including the office staff! I really have no complaints what’s so ever here. No bugs no rats none of that crazy stuff just a nice homely place!

If i could rate them a 0 i would. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE KIDS. The school in the district is the worse! I lived here for less than 2 months & it was the worse apartment i ever lived in. & they really thought i was gone pay rent to live in something like this. PLEASE DON’T let the outside fool you. I LITERALLY MOVED IN & seen roaches and bugs within the first 2 weeks then I told them i was about to move after living there for 2 weeks & they told me to wait so they can fixed the problem & NEVER DID! It’s over priced. & INFESTED WITH red ANTS!! & ROACHES & most of the roaches was in the kitchen! Do NOT MOVE HERE!

I been in love with this apartment since i moved here back in June and i love my apartment complex cause it quiet over here all the time. This is a nice community and the office lady's always take care of the residents with good customer service all the time. I never had no issue with no problem in my apartment and you will like it over here would not think twice.
