My current experience here was so vastly different from before. Everyone from the front of the house to the Vets were very helpful and polite. I have changed my 2 stars to 5 stars.

I have been taking my cat here for years, they have always taken such good care of him, and as he aged, they were very honest and caring about his issues. Yesterday, after having my kitty for 16 years, it was time to say goodbye. I cannot describe how wonderful, sweet, warm, and caring the entire staff was. They made a heartbreaking experience a little bit softer. I adopted my cat when he was 5, so he was an old man, and he was ready, but difficult nonetheless.

They used to do full service grooming, but they do not have that service anymore.
