Use to be good, but not anymore. Rude receptionist, never pick up phone calls, need voice mails then it will take day or so to return back to you. Couple of times didn’t return back at all.

I WENT TO THIS HOSPITAL FOR MY BABY GIRL LOTUS BECAUSE SHE WAS HAVING A STROKE ON FRIDAY AND SHE TURNED ME AWAY AND SAID THERE TOOK BOOKED UP MAKE AN APPOINTMENT NOW I'VE BEEN TAKING MY BABY GIRL FOR OVER 8YEARS HERE SINCE I'VE HAD HER AND IM REALLY DISAPPOINTED THAT SHE HAD NO COMPASSION FOR HER HEALTH I'LL NEVER TAKE HER BACK HERE Again

Yes, I believe they do. This is our vet and is a great office, however we did our microchipping at spay and neuter center ($35) because you can walk in.

Comparatively speaking, yes they are definately lower priced for a consultation and other services. They were recommended to us by The Animal Foundation as being a low-cost facility and they were. We paid $50 for a consultation for our Shih Tzu about 3 weeks ago. Of course your total bill will depend on the diagnosis, tests, etc. your pet needs so will vary for everyone. I don't know if the consultation is the same for all types and sizes of pets, but you can call ahead and ask if you need to...they're really good at answering questions and providing information too!
When I went in a couple months ago with my cat for a regular check up, it was $42.
E. Charleston animal hospital is the best in my opinion. They were about 300 dollars less than my normal vet. The staff and Dr' were very loving and caring. My dog did very well and is back to her happy loving self. I would recommend them highly
