We have been taking our dog there for a long time unfortunately the original Doctors are no longer there.. They have been replaced by people that have very little clue as to what they're doing. They can't even do a simple thing like call us back. We have been telling them that We need test results from the tests that they have taken and l know that they have gotten the results back. They have been promising to call us for 5 days now. After their doctors completely misdiagnosed our miss diagnosed our animal they don't even have the decency to call us back. The only thing they do well is build you. When I say do well I mean under own behalf because a lot of our bills we got build for Services that they never rendered Or just forgot to render. If you want them to clean your dog's ears or cut their nails make sure that they have done the job before you Pick up your animal. If you love your animal I strongly suggest you stay away from this place.

This was my first visit with my dog and kudos to the staff - great service with personal touch. Dr. Dunleavy is very friendly and smart. He personally called to inform me about the blood test results on my dog! I would highly recommend Dr. Dunleavy for your vet needs.

I've used them for all of my dogs vets needs. I have 3 dogs. 2 older and a 1 year old. Gm was good for a while but their service has been declining within the last year or so. The girls who work the front are rude. Rude on the phone rude in person. Everything takes forever. They quote prices and don't honor them when they say they are good for 30 days. Then argue with you about it. When you drop drops off to be boarded, it's takes forever for the kennel people to come out and get them. I prepaid a day prior for my dogs to be picked up from boarding as someone else was picking them up, again the total was different from what they quoted me. I asked are you sure? I want to make sure it's paid in full so there are no discrepancies when they are picked up, and guess what they said there was a balance when they got picked up. They just don't have it together in there at all. And the rudeness doesn't help. They give no help or advice. And it's not like they have cheap prices. They are expensive and lack basic etiquette and common sense. And every time I get my dogs back from them they are extremely lethargic and tired. It's weird.

The staff is fantastic in caring for Geoffrey and assisting us as pet parents. During his stay they made sure we were informed as to any changes for diet or his status. Dr. Lewis made sure we were up to date on Geoffrey's status including any status changes, follow up, and medication needs as well as being friendly and kind. Dr. Bailey and other team veterinarians are very skilled in caring for Geoffrey as well as Geoffrey's brother Adam before he went to pet heaven. Highly recommend this team of professionals for care of your furry family members. Thank You Grand Montecito Team.

Not at Grand Montecito. But there are several exotic vets in the area.
The prices are very reasonable especially when you start looking at the other veterinarians in the area
