It's super clean here, I've been here since day one that they came to my. Prospect. I am simply amazed at how they kept up with business even before and after COVID-19. Be nice if they can have hours up to 8pm on weekends at least for the kids and for those parents that get out the house later then the morning time. Update: After Visit summary my biggest complaint is going to be employees need to enforce no shoes on the floor is down right disrespectful how parents (adults) go in there and they don't say anything to them. Either from being scared to confront someone or just not caring cause in there eyes I'm not getting paid enough to babysit adults that should have common sense and take shoes as signs says. Perhaps maybe make a sign bigger or go to the supervisor if scared to confront a more complicated customer about rules. It's only right and sanitary for the kids come on people it's a play area for them employees should be the only ones with shoes in there because I'm sure those shoes they have stay there. I highly recommend parents give it a shot it's worth it all. Would rate five stars if they improved what I mentioned about there staff and extended hour times on weekends.

I had 5 of my 6 Grandchildren with me Saturday!!! I like this place cause you can keep an eye on everyone and large enough to knock out my GRANDCHILDREN! Very clean😁. Wasn't crowded. Concession stand keep up with everything and Very friendly. AAA is my score!!!!

My son and I went there for the first time. Open play. Clean play areas and restrooms. There is a changing table. A little potty for kids to use. Has a cafe too. We didn't eat there because we were TOO busy playing. Given one free ball. Play for all. We had fun and will be back!

I can attest to all the reviews saying this place is super clean! First time here and we are definitely coming back. Staff is nice. They have a great selection of snacks for kids, small bites and Icee. Lots of space, slides, ball shoot room, and a driving area with fun carts. Kid friendly bathrooms and a free ball toy when the kids leave. Well done, Ball Factory! We’ll see you soon.

Monday-Friday Children over 12m $12.95 Children 6m - 12m $10.00 Sat-Sun Children over 12m $15.95 Children 6m - 12m $10.00 Children under 6m are always free. Mon-Fri after 3pm is $10 The last hour of the day is $8 I have always had luck finding a discount on Groupon, too.
They should enjoy it. They have two enclosed sections for younger kids (staff monitors the gates but parents are responsible for their children). There is an infant area and an area more suited for toddlers. It can be loud so if that's a concern check it out. The staff is nice. They allowed me to check out the play area before playing so that I could make a decision about it.
