Avoid this company if you are in need of personalized service. Dropped my taxes off in the beginning of March and was called after nine P.M. on April 15th to find out how much I owe. The call comes from someone who knows nothing about your return. One month later got a letter from the IRS stating the amount CSI calculated was short. Called CSI to complain and they blamed the IRS.

horrible service. Clerks are extremely rude and hang up phones. Over priced. They wait till the last min to send the return. We had to call more than 11 times to correct their mistakes. Horrible company that charges 1700 dollars for a tax return and be that rude and have tons of mistakes

Horrific customer service. I submitted all my paperwork on March 7th. A month later, April 9- I'm still waiting for the voucher to make payment. I was stressed out about it so I called the office and spoke with Dana who was extremely rude to me and told me to take my business elsewhere. Okay Will do.

Wouldn't recommend. I've previously used Turbotax and should've continued. CSI cost more, was hard to get in contact with, slow (I sent documents in Feb, CSI didn't file until April) and then in the end I had to mail in my own payment.
