Giving this place a one star review just based on the conversations I had with the receptionist. I called early in the day to schedule a tour and when I did not hear back from the director after many hours I decided to stop by since I needed to see the place asap. After arriving and letting the receptionist know I was interested in a tour she asked me to wait. After waiting for about 10 minutes I was told since I didn't make an appointment with the director I would not be able to get a tour. I asked if it was possible for anyone there to give me a tour since I needed to see the place right away and I was denied. If they don't have anyone capable of giving a tour how could I be confident they are capable of taking care of my mom?

I just wanted to thank the entire staff of the 2nd floor nursing station . The nurses the aides , therapy team u it manager and charge nurses . They were absolutely wonderful with my mom while she was in there . The care and loving attention they gave her was above and beyond. They showed what caring for their patients was all about.
