The head stones are free thru veterans administration. You have to pay for the setting of the marker. You would have to call either mount olivette or fair view cemetery for info

The Cemetary is one mile north of the bridge between Red Bank and Middletown. The Cemetary straddles Cooper and Chapel Hill Roads
