I highly recommend not posting your DOB on Google maps. That being said, if you call the pharmacy, they will be able to tell you if you have to or not.

Was supposed to receive a prescription on Friday eve it never came. I would have picked it up if u couldn't deliver. Wanted to start taking it right away. Hope this is a 1 time occurence.
