I lived in those apartments for a little over a year and my family loved it there. My wife was sold off the office lobby. We lived in the biggest 2 bdrm they had to offer and I must say it was nice. San Marcos offer great amenities and you truly get what you pay for. I loved the layouts, but more so I love the garden fountains. Those apartments are great and if my family and I didn’t get into a house we would probably still be there…

These apartments are great. I had a brother who use to live there prior to me living there and they are top tier compared to some of the places I’ve seen in the area. What I like about these apartments is the cleanliness. You wake to workers power washing the corridors and stairs weekly. Cleaners cleaning up after tenants messes, painting walkways etc…. I lived there for almost 3 yrs and never had any complaints. All the ladies in the office are amazing and very easygoing. I would recommend these apartments to anyone who’s looking to settle in the Pittsburg/ Bay Point area…

I like the San Marco Villas Apartments. They have way more amenities than every other apartment in the region & also they are very clean compared to others I have lived in in the past. I appreciate the exceptional service I received from the front office & the staff are great. If you’re looking at these apartments for a potential home whether it’s temporarily or permanently they’re most definitely worth the visit.
