Needs improvement- Staff is busy and always rushing. They forget to clean there tools after each use with customer and move on to the next. Nail files are reused again on not new looking. Metal drill file not disinfectant or properly clean. The one use on my toe had white debris from previous use. The tub are never sprayed with any disinfectant after each use. Twice in the last 9yrs that I been coming here have gotten toe nail fungus. They file my nail to hard especially around the edges and hurt me sometimes. The angle of the nail file on how the nail is filed is incorrect the they file it side ways not straight. I came on Saturday for a gel pedi and add acrylic on big toes they came out uneven. As I watched the lady she focus more on my left foot and less on right. I got a massage on left but not on right. Did a terrible job putting on the power on the big toes. Left side had more right side had less. After putting on the power on the left toe she left it dry before putting my foot in water. Right side after putting on power on big toe she didn't wait put my foot in water she claimed it dries faster this way. Anytime getting any acrylic power on nails we all know your not to wet the nails until it dries. Needs pedicure training on putting on power and gel nails on toes. Aren’t put on properly, moisture can get trapped between them and your fingernails. Nail salon like these can also expose you to types of fungi that may lead to an infection. Because of the disappointment service and high price no longer get my nails done like I used to evey 2 weeks. I barely come anymore. I recently came on Saturday and in 48 hrs my toe nail is broken. They want to charge to fix broken nail. Poor quality service. $65.00 gel pedi

$107 for a refill and a pedicure?!?!!!! $107 so I basically tortured and haphazardly pampered. I will never give them a dime of my hard earned money any more I’ve never had a bad experience here but idk what was going on and TINA is rude mean and extremely rough idk what her problem is but she needs to b fired from the establishment asap if they want to flourish the WORST NAIL SHOP EXPERIENCE BY FAR
