My dog needed several teeth out and Dr Scott and team provided excellent care. We originally went to our usual vet, but I did not trust their assessment and I’m so glad we got a second opinion. Dr Scott was able to save multiple teeth which greatly improved the quality of life for my avid chewer. We board here as well and they take such good care of him. You can tell they really care.

Had a dog named trigger. I was living at a ranch and his leg broke after running under a vehicle. I was able to rush him all the way to this place, where they immediately X rayed his leg, got it reset, and casted it. Dr.Scott was nothing but professional and loving towards my special guy. Definitely recommend this place.

Both Dr. Bradley's and Dr. Wilkins have given my 3 cats superb care. I have been coming here for several years now. They are personable and professional, and your furry family members matter to them. They also have on site lab testing, so many of the tests you'd have to wait to get results for can be known on the same day. This is a full service care facility - definitely the place to go to if your beloved pet(s) needs care.

So Upset.... (pushing their product line when it is not beneficial & even detrimental to the pets) We have had no problem with Dr. Scott in the past however Dr. Ann has caused a lot of problems for us. I changed my dogs food to the food that Ark uses at her request after she urged us to even though I was apprehensive. I explained to the Dr. Ann that my dog suffers from serious food allergies and a very sensitive stomach and that it took me a LONG time to find a food that did not make her very sick. I was assured by her that the Hills food that Ark offers/sells was the best food (Hills) to help her with her mobility issues (she is 9 1/2) and not cause her allergies to act up. She also told us to change our other dog to the food that they sell. I felt uncomfortable as if we were talked into it but went along with it as she has the medical experience that I lack. I remember mentioning to my boyfriend that day that it seemed awfully pushy like they just wanted to sell their food but she is the professional so I hoped for the best. I should have gone with my gut. I know my dog. I made the WRONG choice listening to her. My poor girl has had allergy induced ear infections, skin infections, diarrhea, vomiting and been in a cone for over 2 months now! I cannot remove it for any longer that it takes to clean her up or she bloodies herself immediately because she is so itchy and painful. We tried to switch her back to the only food that ever worked for her but now her system is so out of whack that she isreacting to that as well. We have been to 2 other vets now 6 or 7 times and have spent about $5,000 so far trying to get her back on track. She is currently on anti diarrheal, antibiotic biotic, probiotic, hydrocortisone and I'm giving her tuna, rice and pumpkin as we can no longer seem to find a food that doesn't make her terribly sick again . To add insult to injury I recieved an e-mail from Ark telling us that now they are going with Purina Instead because it's a better so clients should buy that now apparently. This was even more frustrating for us considering how hard the Hills Diet was pushed on us for both of our dogs. (In August all I heard about was how great Hills was and that both of our dogs needed to be on that) I do realize that businesses need to make money but don't PUSH your food on clients that tell you that they are worried and think that it won't work for them. Please take the time to listen to your clients. We know our dogs best even if we do not have a degree. ❤ ARK has caused us a whole lot of grief, time and money this year. 😥
