As far as I know everything is covered.
Through a delivery service? Any flower shop will know how. If it's a patient room, you just give them name and number of room. If it's for everyone or staff, just tell them, ( florist) that too. Barbara Bush is located in Maine Medical Center, Portland Maine
He can order food from the cafeteria
