Had to get script because cvs pharma was closed after quick care 5 hour visit. Very very rude staff that was short and didn't give me any info on my meds. They are exclusive being 24 hours and don't need any customer service skills I guess.

OMG how is this even legal!!!!! I have no words to express the incompetency of the staff, their systems and the whole process. I am sure their job is not easy and I can't even imagine the frustrating people they encounter on the daily basis but this level of incompetency cannot be allowed when you are talking about LIFE-SAVING MEDICATIONS. Miscommunication, wrong meds, incorrect quantities, missed shipping deadlines, rudeness, and the list goes on and on and the situation never improves. So disappointing and disheartening for everyone involved.

Worst patient / employee experience. I am a hospital employee and get my prescriptions here for convenience even though they are frequently erroneous with little apology and their middle management is very questionable . They closed their the pharmacy today with no notice to employees or patients even though they email you prescription confirmation they did not email you to let you would have to stand out in the cold and call them to get your medication. I waited 15 minutes along with several other patients for someone to bring out my medications. After all that big surprise they were not correct. My family and I are switching. NOT WORTH MY MONEY OR TIME!!!!

I was prescribed a specialty drug and experiencing some VERY challenging symptoms early on. MMC's Clinical "Specialty" Pharmacist, John, was terrific - Highly informed, empathetic, understanding and above all, available for emotional support when it rough. I had his direct number and experienced same day, and sometimes, same hour return calls. He then ALWAYS followed up the next day to see how I was doing. He'd take the initiative to contact my doctor to update him on difficulties, changes and more. John takes his job and his clients very seriously. His being a really nice guy is just icing on the cake! Also, on weekends and after hours, the remaining pharmacy staff was equally responsive and helpful. They'd also be sure to communicate with John for follow-up. Top notch, all-around! Their being open 24-7 is also a huge plus! MK, South Portland, Maine
