The children here have nowhere to play and they just use the open area. It is so disturbing. They get undressed, throwing a ball that goes everywhere. Jumping in and out of patios. They are screaming as loud as they can, no guidance no parents anywhere just being malicious. They are out there for hours. The apartment people do nothing. The police do nothing. Claiming children have a right to play. But they're not in a play area... Every person in this area of the apartment where they play has moved in the last 5 months. It's that bad. They throw their trash everywhere. The breezeways to the units are filthy. The walls, grounds everywhere have dirt and trash. The trash all over is ridiculous just nasty and we pay a trash bill. I will not be renewing my lease. The leasing manager and maintenance team are sweet as pie but that's not enough for me to stay. When I come home I need cleanliness and quiet. Those are the MOST 2 important things for me to feel at home. I have not felt that since moving here. There's always something. I won't even get started on the inside. The renovating is not innovative nor worth the price. I'm just so disappointed..

I have been a Resident here for 4 years and I Love it here, you have close access to Everything! Our property Manager Shannon is Awesome she makes sure we are Safe and have everything we need, when submitting work orders they are complete fast usually the same day depends on the need! Our maintenance team is nice and friendly very helpful with all the maintenance needs, Southpoint Villas is a great place to live firmly know as Chesterfield Apartments, me and my Husband Live it here!❤️

I am currently relocating to Texas from Arizona and will say Shannon, the property manager, has been wonderful! Very professional, kind, transparent, and prompt with communication. Now I am not physically there just yet, but I will say a good experience upfront with management makes all the difference! I read the reviews prior to applying because of the horrendous experience I had in Phoenix with management at the beginning and almost throughout my lease. I am looking forward to my new residence and am hopeful the community and management will continue to provide such wonderful hospitality moving forward!

We moved in during COVID- apartment unseen- just trusted the staff to meet our needs and took their recommendations. They went above and beyond to make sure our experience was exceptional. After living here for 14 months we have meet many tents and they are like family- polite, respectful and Very safe! We have never felt uncomfortable for any reason. Amazing property, staff, and community! The reason we are moving is we built a home and have to say good by. Bitter sweet- new home on the lake but have to say good by! Thank you to all the staff for all y’all do going above and beyond!
