Great downtown location. Nicely appointed rooms with a modern style that almost borders on minimalistic Scandinavian instead of the intended mid century modern. You will expect much more. You will not get it. My expectations were on par with a basic Omni given the price point. I'd say it leveled out as a basic aged Holiday Inn. I had high hopes for this hotel, as we had to stay in town 5 nights & the location was perfect for my reasons being in town. I'd probably have given 4 stars if I only stayed one night. Despite a newly remodeled hotel the headboard was damaged with quarter size chips missing. Comfortable enough beds but linens of barely average quality. Very nice Aveda products in too small one use only size bottles, so not enough for more than one person or more than one night. This means something in "post" covid times as you have to have room service contact to get more shampoo if you cant bring your own thru the airport. The wood floor was not level and very very loud in our room. So much so, a companion will be disturbed with any trip to the restroom or exit of the room. I believe the flooring defect was more so in our room than others so just don't get 413. Randomly disgusting smells from the lobby restaurant. Maybe it's the smoke infused cocktail they serve that lingers til morning. I can't say but most times I entered whether at 5pm or 9pm or 8am there was a gross smell, never quite the same smell. Food was quite disappointing despite the excellent menu descriptions. Grilled artichoke reads delectable with an herb butter. In fact it is burnt roasted leaves with a speck of heart and barely edible even if you try your best to chew the burnt leaves. Effectively it was like eating a tough burnt salad with no seasoning or flavor. The Roasted chicken comes with a heavy dusting of white uncooked flour despite no mention of flour or gluten on the menu. And cold. No reason to be covered in uncooked flour unless they were just trying to hide the grease on the cold chicken. Served with cold fries. Can't blame waiting on other entrees when that was the only entree. Quite the late night loud bar crowd you can still hear on 4th floor. I'm still unsure how an after work drink for myself and a companion was under $20 one afternoon and the following evening just one of the same vodka cramberry was $21 before tip? I don't think they have happy hour specials. Staff eat their meals at the bar counter & other staff stop by to chat so it's a bit of a traffic spot as well. No parking & never saw more than one valet so plan ahead to have your car retrieved & tip well bc that guy is undoubtedly running a bit & working alone. The valet space is barely enough for 2 cars so good luck dropping off as we waited 20 mins just to pull off the street to be able to leave the car on a Sunday at 5. Valet was exceedingly worse at checkout on Friday. FedEx blocking only spaces for over 30 mins, cars sideswipped bc of no room, and our car left 2 deep in the street blocking everything with absolutely no help w out bags, even after asking. Lastly no amenities but a basement gym. The "business center" is a small desk w a printer on it in the middle of the lobby. No privacy, no ability to take a call or video conference even with headphones, just right next to the front desk. Sorry Hotel Indigo but I expected more, much more, especially at the price point.

Staying for a wedding. Not enough space in tiny closet. Disappointed at the lack of cleaning in our room. The bathroom floor needs to be swept and mopped. The bathroom door has something splashed all over the outside and also needs cleaned inside. The front of the bathroom vanity also has splatters. The towel shelf under the sink needs cleaned and the grout in the shower doesn't look good. The desk and cabinets also need cleaned underneath. Only valet parking available. Only 4 spaces to park and unload. They are easily full so we had to drive around the block several times until a space opened.

Amanda was the sweetest!!! She was super accommodating and remembered us by name! It’s hard to find quality hotels that allow dogs and this was far beyond our expectations. Zaire was also very sweet and easy to talk to. Thanks for the hospitality! We will be visiting again! ❤️

Eclectic vibe with natural wood accents against polished concrete and muted blues, golds, and greens. Housekeeping seemed to be inconsistent in service but very pleasant to meet in the hall. The fifth floor had some good views and they are Super Dog Friendly! Our guy enjoyed burying the treat the valet gave him in his bed in our room. Since I wanted pampering the Housekeeping service threw me but I could have called the hotel to rectify it. Sir Winston Restaurant is on site, tasty but small portion, nice presentation and pricier than my everyday but that was the point of trying it. I may try staying there again and I would definitely eat their oysters roc-a-fella again.
