They're fast, but at a cost. Once they called me 15 mins after I left, they forgot to put the cap back on. I looked under my hood, oil had shot out all over the place. I should have learned. They apologized, cleaned it up, added oil. I returned a few months later, this time, they put too much oil in it. I noticed after oil began spilling and spewing out (busted seals). I confirmed (myself) too much oil after draining nearly 7 quarts [see drip pan & dip stick]. They wanted me to "bring it in" but was not entertaining the idea of accepted liability, there's no recourse; I cann't recommend.

Quick service I will say, once I got into the bay it was quick maybe 15 minutes. The guy that was serving me was doing really great and I enjoyed the experience with him. I like to get the MaxLife since I do alot of highway driving and like to think it helps and I pay the price for it. But as the guy performing my oil change was under the car draining the oil before he came up another worker came by, looked like possibly the manager/shift lead but not 100% sure on that. Comes in real quick and fills my car with the oil. Didn't think anything of it, just thought that was routine. But as he was pumping I realize the nozzle was not coming from the MaxLife oil just skimps me for the oil I paid for and gives me the lower oil. Felt completely scammed but it was already done and my break was almost over. After, the original guy doing my oil change was about to tell me he's going to put my oil in now and as he was as saying it the other person said he already did it and the worker sounded shocked/surprised which is also really strange. Definitely won't be going back. Be careful of this place

This was the quickest easiest oil change I have EVER gotten! I drive past this place everyday and decided today I will stop and see what this stay in your car oil change is all about..When I tell you it was actually pleasant! The CSR Tevin was super fast and informative, even let me cash in a $10 off coupon! Kira the topside attendant was absolutely nothing less than perfect! She was friendly and just as fast as Tevin! Now I didn't see James as he was the one under my vehicle draining the oil, making the process fast and smooth. Great work you guys, you made my Saturday! I will definitely be back! Valvoline you have some great people on your team! Treat them like the jewels they are!

The men and women that service our cars are by far the best in the business. They do much more than just change oil. Trained mechanics, very good people skills and super friendly too. Keep up the great job team! We love this location the best.
