The employees weren't very helpful, and they rip people off with their "sell here". They don't even come half way to matching what a price SHOULD be!!! Give people a bit more cash for bringing in such amazing items!!! 😉

I try not to write a bad review but this was an exceptionally bad experience. I brought in lots of purses and clothes and they said to wait on the small couch. Another lady sat with me. We kept asking how much longer and the girl behind the desk kept saying to just wait. An hour later she looked at the items and said that none of them were the right brand - it took her 5 minutes to look at them. The other lady and I were so frustrated with the process. It would be so much more effective if they had a sign saying what brands or types of clothes or purses they accepted. Or do a quick preview of your items so you didn’t have to wait so long. Another point - don’t expect a lot of money for your items. Hope they improve it

The selection is awful. The clothes smell and have stains. Then you look at the staff buyers and understand why. I’ve seen better selection at goodwill. Please get new staff that understand fashion.

Not a lot of stock. Prices are on the higher end, and I was finding stains on the clothing. The vest in the photo had no identification on it at all and looked homemade.
