The Sales Staff and employees were very friendly and enthusiastic about my car purchase. Even though it was a lower trim level and affordable vehicle they made my experience special with small gifts and genuine excitement for me. It is the little things that make tough financial decisions easier in these difficult times and I wish I could afford a luxury Corvette sports car but I feel I was treated exactly the same buying my affordable Equinox. I look forward to visiting Modern Chevrolet in Rural Hall NC for future routine maintenance. Great Overall Experience.

April 13 - I visit dealership to look at truck that was showing “In Stock” on website. Sales agent can’t find it and explains that it should be there on Sunday April 17 and they could have ready to deliver on Monday. We go ahead and process trade. Today is April 21. I have had conversations every day up until today and keep hearing “ truck is here in NC and should be arriving today”. Today I have tried to call twice and keep getting transferred to sales manger voice mail. I have left one message and not yet gotten a call back. I need to know where my truck is and when I can get it. I am having to cancel a trip that I was supposed to leave for today because I was planning to use it to pull a camper. Don’t appreciate being jerked around. Sales person was nice, F&I guy was nice, aftermarket products guy as very helpful. Just want someone to get on the phone and give me an honest delivery date! Update- Truck did come in and accessories were added. Took possession on April 27. Love the truck so far. Other than delivery schedule, I am pleased. Updated rating to 4 star.

Austin Gray, has always treated us like family and is an amazing employee. All other staff was very pleasant and considerate. New my name as soon as I pulled and the gentleman came to the window, this is a +. Know that they are on top of their work orders and it makes we, the customer, feel like we're important.
