Walked in to a door with an open sign to be asked to leave for 5 minutes while he eats his lunch. Zero sense of customer service but that isn’t why I dropped by. Mask required which is for the best because it smells like 30 year old cigarette smoke. I went to 3 jiffy lubes trying to get the same thing done with all having separate issues as to why they couldn’t do it. Not glamorous but at least they can do the job.

I had 3 cars that needed inspections and I got right in done and out. Sergio was very polite and the area was clean and inviting, one of our cars didn't want to start and he pulled his truck around and jumped us and we were on our way . THANK YOU AND BEST OF LUCK ON THIS NEW SHOP.

Fast Lane is lives up to its name. They are always fast, friendly, and provide great service. There are 2 dogs that greet you from behind the counter when you walk in...politely mind your business, keep your hands to yourself and you'll keep your fingers (j/k but seriously, don't reach over any counter... it's not wise). The waiting area is bare bones but bring earbuds because there's a radio playing oldies/beach music/soft rock, several magazines spread across a table for you to read, and a few chairs. It's FAR from luxurious but they get you in and out very quickly and I've never had a bad experience. I'm comfortable recommending their service. In fact, my mom now uses Fast Lane for her inspections. 😁
