Paid 100 bucks to have a car transferred to Winston Salem NC. Made appointment for the test drive. Had the cash to pay full price for purchase. Was refused service and was not allowed to purchase for not wearing a mask. Was told he could not allow me in the building without a mask. Funny we went to other stores and restaurants and people weren't wearing masks and they/we were not denied service. Can't believe they turned down selling a car over a mask. Blows my mind. No car and robbed me of 100 bucks. Bet I don't get a customer service response. On another note, they had the car for days doing this quality inspection and when they went out to get the car the battery was dead. Some inspection huh?

You might need to call Carmax and ask them the question they can answer better
I traded in my car and used it as a down payment and left the lot with the car I test drove this past weekend. You can put as much as you want down as a down payment to help keep the financing charges lower.
