UPDATE: As stated below, Only 1 Auto Glass promised to replace the distorted glass under warranty. I was fortunate to have the same Technician. Upon arrival, we talked about the glass, he jumped in the driver's seat to check the view through the glass. He saw the distortion and immediately started the process of replacing it. It took about an hour to replace the glass, he cleaned up, advised me wait a while to drive the vehicle and also avoid car washes until everything was cured. Great service and follow through. I would definitely use their service again in the future. ±+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Only 1 Auto glass was called to replace the rear window on my SUV. The technician showed to my house on time and was prepared to perform the job He was done on time and cleaned up. The car was vacuumed and the broken glass was all cleaned up. I rate only 3 stars because the glass they installed is distorted. Viewing traffic behind changes the vehicle height and width based on my sight line. I contacted Only 1 Auto Glass and they are in the process of ordering a replacement glass and plans on replacing the current on under warranty. I will update once the replacement is complete.

I called Only 1 Auto Glass after I had already been quoted a price from a competitor. It was the reviews that got me to change my mind. When I called, the lady that answered was very polite and even informative as I thought my windshield would shatter all over me if I drove to the location. She let me know she could get someone within 48 hours and they would actually come to my home. I got Mr. KELLY & I'm glad I did! He was early, efficient, polite & very professional. He cleaned his area after and was literally done in about 30 min 💪🏾 Highly recommend, windshield looks perfect 🥰

I would recommend avoiding Only 1 Auto Glass if possible. Instead of hiring national brand Safelite to repair a window someone had busted out on my car, I looked up a local company and found Only 1 Auto Glass. Only 1 responded quickly and came out to repair my window. However, after they left, although they had put in new glass, the window no longer rolled down. And, there are still piles of shattered glass on the floor of my car. Very little effort to clean up any of the damaged glass. I have been asking Only 1 to stand behind their work, and/or come to a compromise with me for the better part of two months in order to get my window repaired and they have absolutely refused to take any responsibility for their work. Hire at your own risk.
