This is a beautiul, well run community. This community has been under new Leadership for roughly a year. They are building a teamwork mentality among the staff, and leadership, which is bennifting the residents. They still have a variety of COVID restrictions in place to keep the residents and staff safe whie allowing a naormal day to day living expiereance. I am actually looking to move my mother to this community.

I had a aunt that lived there. Becky and Shelly were a rockstar team in the Elm area. I only give 2 stars because my aunt wasn't showered or offered a shower on her shower nights. Becky & Shelly did it during the day and the facility didnt know we had a camera in her room. Becky and Shelly were professional and the other aides talked about eachother and didnt pay attention to her needs. I would look around because cares were not being done unless Becky and Sheely were working.

Terrible place to work at. Management is awful, they’re very hard to talk to and to work with. They favorite new hires, work them to death then complain when workers request days off because of being over worked. The scheduler is super overwhelming. She guilt trips you into picking up shifts and cries about everything and anything if you can’t. She always messes with your schedule, never getting it right- and if you call-in she gives you a attitude for doing so, even if it’s a serious issue. She is trouble. Strictly unorganized place, the food is distasteful, and they’re always short on RA’s, so you’re always running around like a chicken with your head cut off. There is NO TEAMWORK, and management doesn’t do a thing about it. In fact half of the people posting “good reviews” on here are from the management staff. LOL that says a lot. Do NOT recommend to work here or to have any of your loved ones live here.
