My client moved in Nov21. I've noticed the place is so nice, the workers are good and the manager is on it! She knows everyone and she is amazing woman who is beyond helpful and friendly. The meals look good and seeing all the people who live at whites pine get together in dining room getting along and taking care of one another. It's just amazing environment.

I’ve got a family member here and I am beyond disappointed. The staff here as of late are constantly revolving. They’re over worked and incredibly grumpy. The lady in charge is beyond rude and I’ve seen and heard how verbally abusive to staff she is. I’m making my family strongly search for a different facility. The negativity and the way the staff is treated is a red flag warning. If this is how the staff is treated, how are the residents being treated?

The phones are never answered and when you leave a message they do not return the call. 99% of the time. That is one of our main concerns. And also when they tell you they will do something and they don't. Really gone down hill in the last year.

We moved my dad into the Dementia program at WhitePines on 10/19/2020 it was smooth transition for dad. The staff are excellent. Very clean. With Covid going on they really care for the patients and staff so no one gets sick. Very beautiful building. We are very satisfied with our decision to move dad there.
