Recently we had to move a family member into memory care from another facility on a rather urgent basis. (Is it ever anything but urgent??). Our locator service recommended The Reserve at Royal Oaks as ticking all of the boxes for us! In less than 7 days, we made contact, had a site visit, and moved our family member over to The Reserve! To say that the staff was helpful wouldn't begin to cover how awesome they've been! Beginning with Melarie Delos Santos, their Area Marketing Director, everyone has been so helpful, pleasant, and thorough! Place is amazing except the fact that they have a care taker named shonda that makes you wonder why we pay all this money to have people like her “taking care and of” our loved ones… amazing facility but shonda needs to find a new practice
