Simply bad! This location has gone down hill, the staff is rude, don’t even acknowledge clients walking in. If you have any questions you will most likely get asked if you have an appointment. What a joke has Apple Store have turn in to.

I was required an apointment and I believe everyone... also dont waste your time going earlier than 10 min.
They wont take u until you are about 10 min from your apointment.
