I'm a prospective tenant and writing a review regarding my experience with leasing agent Carlos. He is a very warm hearted and detailed leasing agent. He was very upfront with the requirements for the application process so that I wouldn't be surprised by any of the charges. He answered all questions professionally and gave pamphlets for the places surrounding the apartments so that we could get to know the community. He mentioned that he coordinates events so that the tenants can get to know their neighbors. Overall it was a great experience! I'm excited for the next steps.

I'm not a current or former resident but I recently tour this property and had mixed feelings about it. When I arrived, I could see a member of the office staff looking out the window and watch me walk inside. Was not greeted by him or the other lady that was in the office at the time. Carlos walked in and was the sweetest! Offered me water and informed me that my tour would be with Mikayla and that she would be with me shortly. This almost made up for being ignored by the other 2. Met Mikayla and she was also great and able to answer all my questions. The location is great but the finishes and cabinetry in the model were outdated.

I've consistently seen our security guards patrolling the garages at night. And they do a thorough job by actually checking cars to make sure there are no signs of break ins. Have also seen them patrolling the indoor hallways a few times. I think they do a pretty good job. I've been living here for almost 3 years and have never had an issue.

Bad right now with construction on post oak, but it has a back enterance on hollyhust which is accessible to San filipe. Location of this property is great
