Great staff & well kept facilities

I had the opportunity to come and notarize documents at this facility and am blown away by how professional, courteous and sweet the staff is. Every staff member I encountered greeted me with a smile and the residents were happily about and greeted me as well. I did notice that they have covid safety protocols in place, for the protection of the sweet residents.

My parents moved to Colonial Oaks Pearland four years ago and received excellent care. They were both able to live out the remainder of their life there. My dad passed about a year ago, and recently this year, my mom passed too. While it was difficult time for me, I had confidence in the team there to take care of my parents. I am so thankful to the caring staff for making sure my parents were comfortable up until the end.

I moved to Colonial Oaks 3 years ago, and it was the best decision I've ever made. They clean my apartment and take out my trash. I don't have to cook my meals, and they'll even bring it to me if I don't want to go to the dining room. I've made dear friends who I can see whenever I want. When I need help, I push my button and the caregivers help me get dressed. My daughter set up my apartment, and it is gorgeous. It fit everything I needed it to. This place has become my home. I'll tell everyone about it.
