They are very slow. They always pulling you up. When you ask for fresh most of the time the redo like your chicken they redrop it. They ice cream milkshake machine always down. One day got a ice coffeee it had a fly in it the person said well we only have 2 people what a excuse. The attitude some have. Never give you napkins drinking have soda/tea all on the side. Leaks from the ceiling. People don't realize us shopping helps them keep a job. But only come here because this side of town don't have much to choose from. One time they forgot they pulled me around the building. They ask to take your order soon as you give them your order they say hold on. Then have to repeat everything. During the pandemic I had alot of those free cards they wouldn't except them what a waste of gifts given to me an my children. They hate to see you use that app guess they feel people should pay full price or they don't know how to use the system. Only gave 1 star cause I had to give something.

My 2 daughters wanted something to eat at this McDonald's so I told them to send me their orders. When I got up to the cashier I asked her to give me receipts and I'm glad that I did. I was given my mango smoothie and my sprite. They told me to pull up to number one and wait for them to bring me my daughters food. I know I sat there like15 minutes or more waiting. The 1st time the lady came to bring me my food I ONLY had ONE order and and was missing 1 cheeseburger out that order. On my second order she did not have. So I asked her where was my other order and the other cheeseburger from my first order.  She acted like she did not know what I was talking about and what was going on so I explained to her and gave her both of my receipts and gave her the 1st order back to put one cheeseburger in there that was missing.  When she came back she had my orders and I asked her if she could change the mango smoothie because it was real watery because I've been sitting out here for 15 minutes and the sun was shining on it too. When the lady came back she had another co-worker with her and she said that my manager said that the smoothie seemed to be OK But I told her smoothies are not supposed to be this watery and I've been sitting out here for 15 minutes. She said well I will see what my manager says...so they brought me another smoothie out so I went home and gave my daughters their food and my daughter came to me and said that she was still missing that 1 cheeseburger which I could have kicked myself in the butt for because I should have looked before I left.  Then she came and told me that the food didn't taste right. it tasted nasty. Then they charged 50 cents to put maynaisse on your sandwich and then they surcharge. This is ridiculous and HIGHWAY ROBBERY

Besides TERRBLE service with employees who could care less, this is the type of food you can expect every single day. Burnt, old, overcooked, disgusting food. I come back once in awhilw, hoping for new management, or at least to get some semi decent food. But, no. It's this. Every. Single. Time. Good job manager! You've been at this locations for year, and your product has only gotten worse. It starts from the top. Edit: After a phone call, the manager explained she had just taken over and was in process of re-training. She took care of the issue, and for that reason I adjusted the review from 1 to 3.

Incompetent service. Ordered no pickles and no onions, they put the slip on the box for no pickles and no onions, and yet, there still was pickles and onions on the burger. The fries were cold. The only thing that was fine with the meal was the drink. The cashier did not want to give receipt and seemed incredulous that the receipt was asked for.
