My food was cold and at this point I just give up on McDonald’s. They went up on prices but still have poor quality in food.

They need employees, but usually I don't have any issues; although I use my app 99% of the time. SHOUT OUT TO MS. WILLIAMS (WHO IS ALWAYS SMILING) AT THE FIRST WINDOW... KEEP UP THE AWESOME WORK FRIEND! THANK YOU...! Regardless, I can't knock Mickey Dee's, things are never perfect 100% of the time. Some customers come through are so rude to the employees screaming and cussing. I personally would refuse service to some I've witnessed being disrespectful and even making open threats. To those folks, SHAME ON YOU! Ever heard of empathy? Google it! Anyway, I go there all the time in order to eat late and not have to go but a few blocks from home. Take your chances, you will be fine. When in doubt, have them make your sandwich a little bit different (eg: add mustard, or omit something) and generally you'll get it fresh, just food for thought! I mean at the end of the day where else you gonna go in the hours of late night/early dawn? (I'm just saying...😁)

On Sunday June 26th, my husband and I decided to go to McDonald's for dinner. I asked for the Spicy Chicken Deluxe and as soon as I took a bite from my sandwich I knew something was wrong. I looked down at it and it was RAW! It looked as if it had just been dipped into the fryer for a second or two. I immediately rushed back and had to go through the drive through be a they were closed, not once did the Manager on duty come to the window to apologize. They just took my food back and gave me a refund. They never offered to replace the food or like I said, not even an apology, just rushed me off once I had the refund. Please be careful where you eat, I've been sick to my stomach for the last two days and have not been able to eat much because every time I bite into something I'm reminded of the nasty and disgusting taste and feeling in my mouth.
